Project Description

Almax was retained by a group of experience retail banking professionals to carry out a feasibility study on a plan to launch a new challenger pre-paid bank into the Japanese market.

Almax carried out detailed analysis into the Japanese market from consumer behaviours and preferences to the current incumbent banking products and produced a cost benefit analysis for the product launch and the investment that was required.  Almax presented its findings to the senior management.
